Easy and Quick Snacky Dinners




Here are a few things I like to do when
 I want to put something together fast and easy for my husband and I to eat in the evening.


Turkey Hot Dog

  JennieO turkey franks (low in fat and very good)
  Just warm them up and make your hot dogs they way you like them

We don't eat pork, beef, goat, lamb, deer
 or any gentle and sweet grazing type
 of animal/meat. We do eat fish, turkey, tofu
 meal products, veggie meals and sometimes chicken.

Morning Star Veggie Products (Yummy)
  The tofu bacon is excellent. Just heat it up in the microwave 

Tofu BLT or Turkey BLT

   Cook the bacon strips in the microwave
   Slice tomatoes
   Get some lettuce
   Toast some bread
   Add mayonese

Now you have a fantastic BLT sandwich
with no fat and it tastes like a wonderful, crunchy BLT.

Pizza

Cheese and any veggies you want
Add some diced jalapenos

Pimento Cheese Sandwich

Make it (the spread) or buy it

Cucumber and Tomatoe Salad



I like to rinse the tomatoes and cucumbers
 with water and cider vinegar first.

Slice one tomatoe into edible pieces
Slice 2 peeled cucumbers
Slice one small onion into thin slices
Add some black olives

Pour a sweet balsomic vinegrette or raspberry vinegrette
 salad dressing all over the salad mix in a bowl

Add a little pepper
Toss the salad and enjoy

Nachos

Spread nacho chips out on a large plate
Cover chips with shredded cheddar cheese
Add taco sauce on each chip - small dabs
Add diced peppers if you wish
Cover plate with a paper towel
Microwave for 1 min. 10 secs.

Cheese and Crackers

Use your favorite cheese, get a glass of ice tea or
 lemonade or wine and go watch a good movie.


Go have a delicious, easy and satisfying quick snacky
 dinner! Don't do a sink full of dishes everyday!
